Vietnam Visa Crew Checklist Section Details

1. Passport
   1. Passport remaining validity must be more than 6 months with at least 2 blank visa pages.
   2. If the previous multi-year multi-entry visa is on the old passport, the old passport is required to be submitted.
   3. Your passport must have at least one blank visa page.
2. Passport Scan
   1. A clear colorized scan of the bio/photo page of your original valid signed passport.
3. Passport Depot Vietnam Visa Questionnaire
   1. Complete the following questionnaire attached to this email. This form will help internally expedite the application process.

4. Photo Requirement
   1. Applicant is required to submit digital, color, passport style photograph under these guidelines:
      1. Photo must be taken within the last six months against all-white background.
      2. No glasses, jewelry, or headwear except for religious purposes.
      3. Photo must be exactly 48 mm tall by 33 mm wide.
5. Visa Approval Letter Issued by Vietnam's Department of Immigration
   1. A Visa Approval Letter is required for all business visa applications and must be obtained before submitting your documents to Passport Depot.
   2. Your Vietnamese business contact must request this letter on your behalf by submitting an application to Vietnam's Department of Immigration Ministry of Public Security at https://visa.mofa.gov.vn/homepage.aspx
   3. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the approval letter to be issued.
   4. Once received, your Vietnamese contact will forward the letter to you. Please include it in your document package to Passport Depot.
   5. Your visa will be issued for the exact validity period stated on the approval letter.
6. Crew Identification Document
   1. For aviation crew: a valid Flight Crew License or equivalent crew identification issued by your airline or aviation authority.
   2. For maritime crew: a valid Seaman's Book with validity extending beyond the end of your employment contract.
7. Flight and Trip Itinerary
   1. A photocopy of the round-trip international flight itinerary.
   2. The itinerary must show you departing from and returning to your country of residence.
8. Additional Requirement: Applicants who have previously visited to Vietnam
   1. Photo copy of entry and exit stamps from most recent.
   2. This above is an additional requirement for applicants who have previously visited to Vietnam.
